Harjoitukset sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4t laadukasta ominaisuusharjoittelua mukaansatempaavalla tavalla. Tavallinen liikkuvuusharjoittelu on monien lajien urheilijoille tyls\u00e4\u00e4 ja saattaa j\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4 liian v\u00e4h\u00e4lle huomiolle. Taekwondossa mm. liikkuvuus kehittyy kuin huomaamatta korkeiden potkujen lomassa. Harjoitukset voidaan koostaa eri ominaisuuksia painottaen sek\u00e4 sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4\u00e4 harjoitus vastaamaan viikkorytmiin sopivaa kuormitusta.
